Welcome to Transformation Lab. By using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Transformation Lab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Transformation Lab is a personal health and fitness tracking application that allows you to:

• Log daily metrics including weight, sleep, nutrition, training, and wellness indicators
• Connect third-party health apps (Apple Health, Hevy, MyFitnessPal, Oura, WHOOP, etc.) to automatically sync data
• Track weekly progress with scores, streaks, and trend analysis
• Take and store progress photos
• Export your data for personal use

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

4. Health Disclaimer

Transformation Lab is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

• The app is designed for personal fitness tracking and informational purposes only.
• Data displayed (including HRV, heart rate, sleep analysis, calorie estimates, and readiness scores) should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet or exercise programme.
• BMR calculations, calorie estimates, and macro targets are approximations and may not be accurate for all individuals.
• If you experience any health concerns, seek professional medical advice immediately.

5. Third-Party Services

Transformation Lab integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms:

• We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party services.
• Third-party integrations may change or become unavailable without notice.
• You authorise data sharing between Transformation Lab and connected services when you enable integrations.

6. User Content

• You retain ownership of all data and photos you submit to the app.
• By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to transmit malware or harmful code
• Interfere with the app's infrastructure or other users' access

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Transformation Lab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, third-party service outages, or account deletion.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any).

9. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
