Account & Data Deletion

Transformation Lab respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time using one of the methods below.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Account information: Your email address, display name, and authentication credentials
Health and fitness data: All weight, sleep, workout, nutrition, step count, water intake, energy, and stress data stored on our servers
Integration settings: All connected third-party service configurations (Hevy, Oura, WHOOP, etc.)
Goals and preferences: Your personalised goals, onboarding data, and app settings
Locally stored data: Progress photos and cached data on your device (cleared when you delete via the app)

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be erased from our servers within 30 days of your request. We recommend exporting your data (available as CSV in the app's Settings) before proceeding.

Method 1: Delete From the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Transformation Lab app:

Open the Transformation Lab app on your device
Go to the Settings tab (gear icon)
Scroll down to the Account section
Tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears

Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please send a request to:

Please include the email address associated with your Transformation Lab account so we can locate and delete your data.

Request Account Deletion

We will process your request and delete all account data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Data Deletion Without Account Deletion

If you wish to delete specific data without deleting your entire account, you can:

Clear health data: Edit or remove individual entries in the app
Disconnect integrations: Remove linked services (Hevy, Oura, WHOOP, etc.) from Settings > Integrations
Clear local data: Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data including progress photos

To request deletion of specific server-side data without removing your account, contact us at gabrielasenecoach@gmail.com.

Third-Party Data

Deleting your Transformation Lab account does not delete data held by third-party services you connected (such as Apple Health, Hevy, Oura, or WHOOP). To delete data from those services, please refer to their respective privacy policies and account settings.
